Deeplicate ("we", "us") is a demand-validation and distribution-planning service available at
deeplicate.com. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. The short
version: we collect what's needed to run your account and your researches, we don't sell your
data, and we don't run advertising trackers.
1. What we collect
Account data - your email address; if you sign in with Google, your name and profile
picture as provided by Google.
Content you provide - the ideas, niches, products, topics and post drafts you submit
for analysis or planning.
Usage data - which researches you run, credits used, plan level, and technical logs
(timestamps, approximate request metadata) needed to operate and secure the service.
Integration credentials you choose to connect - for example a Blotato API key and
account IDs for auto-publishing. These are stored to perform the action you asked for and are
only ever sent to that provider.
Billing - payments are processed by Stripe. We store your Stripe customer and
subscription identifiers; we never see or store your card details.
2. What we do with it
Operate your account: sign-in links, sessions, credits, plan management.
Run the product: your queries and content are processed to produce reports, verdicts,
plans and drafts you requested.
Publish on your behalf - only when you explicitly connect publishing and arm a specific
draft.
Improve reliability and prevent abuse (rate limiting, error logs).
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use third-party advertising or
analytics trackers. The only cookie we set is a session cookie to keep you signed in.
3. Processors we rely on
Railway - application hosting.
OpenAI - analyzes the queries/content you submit to generate reports and drafts.
Bright Data - collects public web data (market listings, ads, search results) for
your researches; your personal data is not sent there.
Stripe - payments and invoicing.
Resend - delivers sign-in emails.
Google - optional "Sign in with Google".
Blotato - optional, only if you connect auto-publishing.
4. Retention & deletion
We keep your account data and the reports you created while your account is active. You can
ask us to delete your account and its data at any time - email
stan.shaban@gmail.com from your account address and
we'll confirm deletion within 30 days. Disconnecting an integration (e.g. publishing) removes its
stored credentials immediately.
5. Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct,
export or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict processing. Contact us at the
address above and we'll honor it.
6. Security
Traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Credentials you connect are stored server-side,
used only for the integration you enabled, and never exposed in URLs or to other users.
7. Changes
If this policy changes materially, we'll update the date above and note it in the product.
Continued use after a change means you accept the updated policy.
